With more than 15 years of experience, Betty Jo has developed a broad range of skills and expertise in the insurance industry. She has worked in various positions and now leverages her experience across three roles at Klondike Insurance.

As the Client Ombudsman, Betty Jo is responsible for helping clients with their concerns by investigating, escalating, and resolving issues. As Promotions Manager, she promotes Klondike's insurance offerings in new markets and leads our motorcycle insurance promotions at motor bike events. Betty Jo is also a crucial member of the company’s Commercial Insurance team.

Betty Jo is an animal lover and has several cats, dogs, horses, and donkeys. She loves to spend time with her pets and cares for them dearly.
